Treatment Cost

We do not accept insurance for our office visits.

INITIAL CONSULTATION: $300

This fee covers any office visits for the first 4 weeks.

It does not, however, cover the cost of medication as it is sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

A photo ID is required at this initial visit.

FOLLOW UP VISITS: $200

Follow up visits are required every 4 weeks in order to continue in our treatment program.

URINE DRUG SCREENS: $25

Random drug screens are conducted in our office.

Payment is due at the time of service.
Only acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit cards, flex spending cards, & HSA cards. Patients must be authorized users of any card presented.
Patients are required to attend follow-up appointments regardless of whether they still have medication on hand or not. If a patient misses an appointment when he/she is due, they can expect to be charged a $50 fee for each week that is missed and they must realize that any missed appointments may result in being dismissed from our program.
